ABOUT THE LOCATION
The date of construction dates back to the end of the 19th century. Kyiv bourgeois family owned two-storeyed house with mezzanine. In 1982, the restoration happened with the renovation of lost carved elements. Of particular interest is the facade of the house. This is a vivid example of a new direction of architecture of the late 19th century, associated with the use of decorative motives of Russian folk architecture. The building now houses an art salon and a restaurant.
