ABOUT THE LOCATION

In “Volodymyrska Hirka” park” the longest open-air gallery is situated. Exhibitions, fairs, Sunday’s auctions, thematic exhibitions and all-Ukrainian vernissages in the days of national holidays are beinh held on a regular basis.
At exhibitions and fairs everyone can buy paintings, folk crafts and souvenirs. On the Andrew’s Descent artists have long demonstrated their paintings and sold them. Recently, works of fine art places thenselves along the lane behind the St. Andrew’s Church and reached almost under the funicular. Due to this Alley, Andrew’s Descent is called “Kyiv Monmartre”.
