About the project

“Save Ukrainian Culture” is a joint project of the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine and Vodafone, aimed at attracting charitable funds for the reconstruction of cultural heritage sites in Ukraine. In total, more than 400 cultural objects have been damaged by enemy shelling. The goal of the project is to attract philanthropists, donors and representatives of world governments to collect over 470 million hryvnias for the reconstruction of 15 monuments of Ukrainian culture. Four locations have already been completely destroyed by the enemy, five more are damaged, and six monuments are closed to visitors. These are museums, religious buildings, cultural centers and libraries. Find out more information on the map. Join the fundraiser, click on the markers on the map and follow the “Learn More” link. Through the “Save Ukrainian Culture” project, we offer the world to discover the historical and cultural heritage of Ukraine, to better understand who Ukrainians are in a historical, cultural and civilizational sense. After all, the reproduction of a cultural monument is a process of spiritual and intellectual enrichment, a unique experience, helping a great, brave, long-suffering people to preserve their memory and an invaluable contribution to the development of world culture.
